The User Profile section in Smart Arena provides detailed information about each user and allows administrators to manage their details, roles, and assignments. You can access user profiles from the User overview tab by clicking on the users' name. To find a specific user you can use the search bar. See User overview.
Basic Information
The top section of the user profile displays essential details, including the user's full name, username, registered email address, date of birth, gender, and the user role in the Smart Arena system. If any of this information needs to be updated, you can click the Edit Profile button to make changes.
Additional Information
This section provides extended details about the user's organizational assignments. It includes the organization the user is associated with, their mapping code, org. unit, location, and workplace (all of which default to Not Assigned unless configured). Assigning these details is important for accurate reporting and effective user management. Use the Edit profile button to add or update these assignments as needed.
User Rights
The User Rights section outlines the roles or permissions assigned to the user. See User roles and permissions.
Roles of Content Developer, Org. Unit Manager or Content Administrator will be displayed here. Ensuring users have the correct roles is critical for granting them the appropriate access and functionality within the system.
A red cross indicates if a specific role has not been assigned, and a green checkmark if a role has been assigned.
User Groups
The User Groups section lists the groups the user is a part of. If no groups are displayed, it means the user is not currently assigned to any group.
