How to Manage Course Enrolments and Registrations in Catalogues

Enrolling users in a course in Course catalogues

Select the Course catalogue tab in the left-hand menu to display all active catalogue courses for which you can manage enrollments.

You can enroll users in the selected course by selecting the course and then clicking Enroll users. This opens the list of users. From this list, select the users you want to enroll in the selected course.

Viewing enrolled users

To review users who are already enrolled in the course, click Enrolled users. The full list of enrolled users will be displayed.

Approving or rejecting a enrollments

If enrollment confirmation is required for a course in the catalogue, an administrator or a user with confirmator permissions can approve or reject enrollment requests.

To manage enrollment requests, open the selected course and go to Confirm enrollments in the left-hand menu.

A list of all enrollments will be displayed. Enrollments that have already been approved, or that did not require approval, will have the status Enrolled or Enrollment confirmed.

Enrollments that still require approval will have the status Not confirmed.


​For each enrollment with the Not confirmed status, you can choose one of the following actions:

  • Confirm enrollment: Approves the enrollment and allows the user to access the course.

  • Reject enrollment: Declines the enrollment request.

If you select Reject enrollment, a new window opens automatically. In this window, you must enter a rejection reason and confirm again that you want to reject the enrollment.

After you confirm or reject an enrollment, the user’s status is updated automatically. Depending on the notification settings, the user may also receive a notification about the decision - See notification settings.
