As a Smart Arena administrator, you can switch between two different views: Administrator and Basic User view.
The Administrator view in Smart Arena provides access to advanced tools and settings, enabling administrators to manage users, content, and system configurations. The Basic User view offers a simplified interface tailored for everyday users, focusing on consuming content and completing assigned tasks.
Admin to Basic user view
The Administrator View provides full access to management tools, including user and content management, course setup, detailed reporting, organization settings, and other features. It’s designed for overseeing and optimizing your organization.
When in administrator view, there is a button to Switch to Basic User in the upper right corner of the toolbar. This redirects the administrator to the application view seen by a basic user.
Basic user to Admin view
The Basic User View focuses on personal learning, allowing you to experience the platform like your users. You can access your courses, track your progress, take assessments, and manage a wishlist.
In the Basic user view, the Switch to Admin button, which takes you back to the administrator view, is located in the dropdown menu under your username.
By understanding and utilizing both the Administrator View and the Basic User View, you can seamlessly balance platform management and the learner experience.
