SSO Login (Single Sign-On) is an authentication process that allows users to access multiple applications or services with a single set of login credentials. Instead of requiring separate usernames and passwords for each application, SSO enables a centralized authentication system, improving user convenience and security.
The Smart Arena system offers two login methods.
The first button represents the SSO (Single Sign-On) method. Users can log in using their organization's credentials, which are managed through an Identity Provider and integrated with Smart Arena. This approach ensures that users only need to authenticate once with their organization's system to access Smart Arena.
The second button is for users without SSO integration or those who need to log in directly to Smart Arena. Credentials for this option are typically managed within the Smart Arena system itself. See First login.
