I’m having trouble logging in as a new user. What should I do?

When your administrators first set up your account in Smart Arena there were 2 possible options.

  • You have received an invitation email from Smart Arena to register in the application.

  • You were sent your login information (username and password) directly from your administrator. 

If you received an invitation email from Smart Arena click the link in the email to open the Smart Arena webpage, where you’ll be prompted to set up a password

The password must be at least 8 characters long and include lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, and at least one special character. Once you confirm the password, you’ll be redirected to the application’s homepage.

If your username and password were sent to you, use those to try and log in. If the information is incorrect, you can click Forget password and set a new one, or ask your administrator to do it for you. 

If logging in for the first time after registration, make sure you are using the right e-mail account, as it serves as a username (if a different username is not set). You can also log in using your SSO if your organization allows it.
