Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Choose How to Create Your Course
After logging into CourslyAI, navigate click the course creation button on the right.
You’ll see two options:
Upload a File or Link – Provide an existing document or link, and AI will generate a course from the content.
Describe Your Course – Write a short description, and AI will create the course structure for you.
2. Provide Course Details
Enter a project name that reflects the course topic.
Add a brief description outlining the key learning objectives.
Specify what learners should achieve by completing this course.
3. Select Language and Course Type
Choose the default language for the course, or click Detect language for the AI to recognize it itself.
Select the project type:
Course and Exam – Combines training content with an assessment.
Course – A standalone learning module without a test.
Exam – A knowledge assessment without learning materials.
4. AI-Generated Course Preview
Once AI generates the course, review the suggested structure and content.
Modify sections as needed by adding, editing, or removing lessons.
Delete the sections by clicking on the Trash icon.
Move them by holding and dragging on the Dots icon.
If you want to change or improve it with AI, click the Stars icon and fill out your feedback. You can also make the section more or less complex and change professionalism.
Click Regenerate and wait for AI to improve the section.
5. Finalize and Export
After making the necessary adjustments, click Save&Exit in the top right corner to save your course.
6. Export into Smart Arena
You can now export the course to your chosen platform by clicking Share under the course.
Select Smart Arena in the export options dropdown menu. Click the Export button and wait a few moments for the process to be complete.
You can also share a link to the course with other users. Anyone with the link can view the course in Coursly AI without an account.
