How to register

When a new user is added to Smart Arena by the organization, they can complete the registration process by logging into Smart Arena.


If you enabled the registration email when creating the user, they will receive an email as soon as their account is created. If this option is not enabled, the registration email will be sent when you enroll the user in the first lesson.

You can also send the registration email again in User overview, by selecting the user and clicking the Registration email button at the top of the page.

Login password

If the password was preset or imported, the user logs in with their email and said password.

If the password was not pre-set, the option to set their own password was enabled in the Add user form. See Add user. The user was sent an email with a link to set their password.

The password must meet minimum security standards:

  • Minimum Length: Passwords should be at least 8 characters long.

  • Complexity: Incorporate a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters to enhance security. Include at least one uppercase letter (A, B, C, D...), one lowercase letter (a, b, c, d...), one number (1, 2, 3, 4...), and one special character (such as !, ?, $, %, _, ., or ,).

  • Avoid Common Patterns: Refrain from using easily guessable information such as sequential numbers, repeated characters, or personal details like names and birthdates.

The user can choose to have the device remember them at login, saving their credentials for easier access. However, this is less secure, as anyone with access to the computer can also access the application.
