Creating an account in CourslyAI is quick and easy. Just follow these steps to get started:
1. Visit the Registration Page
Open your browser and click on this link https://app.coursly.ai/register. This is the registration page on which you can create your new account.
2. Enter Your Work Email Address
To ensure security and proper account setup, you must register using a valid work email address.
Please note that personal email addresses (such as Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook) are not supported.
3. Set Up a Secure Password
Choose a strong password that meets the security requirements. Your password should:
Be at least 8 characters long
Include uppercase and lowercase letters
Contain at least one number and a special character (e.g., !, @, #, $)
4. Verify Your Email Address
After submitting your registration form, a verification email will be sent to your registered work email. Open your inbox and write the code you received in the field on the page.
Tip: If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
This is the final step of your registration. After the code has been put in correctly, you will be led to your Coursly AI account.
From now on you can log in with your work email and chosen password.
5. Complete the setup
After logging in, follow the on-screen prompts to complete your profile. You are going to be asked to fill out a few questions:
Enter your company name and job position
Whether or not you are using an LMS system
Size of your company
How often do you plan on using Coursly AI
How do you plan to use Coursly AI

Completing your profile ensures a personalized experience within CourslyAI.
7. Set up your profile
Click on your profile icon on the top right of the page and fill in information about email and security, the workspace, billing and membership and users information. For detailed instructions see Profile setup.

Once your setup is complete, you're ready to explore CourslyAI’s features. You can start by accessing training modules, creating learning content, or managing your team's learning experience.
