Here you can enter a certificate that the users will receive once they complete their training. This is step 6 of content creation.
Certificates are awarded after completing the content to formally recognize a learner’s achievement and successful course completion. They serve as motivation for learners to fully engage with the material and provide a tangible record of their accomplishments. This is particularly valuable for tracking progress, meeting compliance requirements, and demonstrating learned skills. Certificates also enhance the learning experience by adding credibility and encouraging ongoing participation in training programs.
The Course Certificates page in the Course Management section allows administrators to manage certificates associated with a specific course. Below are the key functionalities of this page:
List of Certificates:
Displays the available certificate templates for the course, including information such as the template name, author, and the date the template was created.
Preview Certificate: The Preview button enables administrators to view how the certificate will appear to the users.
Select Certificate: The Select button allows administrators to assign a particular certificate template to the course. This ensures the selected certificate is awarded upon course completion.
Delete Certificate: The Delete button removes the selected certificate template from the course, if it is no longer needed.
The newly created certificate will show up on the certificate list, If you can't see it please refresh the page.
Create New Template:
The New template button provides the option to create a new certificate template. This is useful for customizing certificates specific to the course or organization. See certification.
The Save button finalizes any modifications made to the course certificates, such as selecting or deleting a certificate.
