Catalogue management

The Catalogues management section in Smart Arena allows administrators to organize courses into specific categories or catalogues for better management and accessibility.

Catalogues in Smart Arena provide a structured way to group related courses, making it easier for learners to navigate and access the content they need. For administrators, catalogues simplify course management by offering tools to add new catalogues, track enrolled users, and filter options using search functionality.

Catalogue list navigation

The Catalogues page in Smart Arena provides a user-friendly interface for managing course catalogues. At the top, admins can use the Create new catalogue button to add new catalogues and the Show enrolled users button to view participants in existing catalogues. 

The search bar allows for quick filtering of catalogues by name or other criteria.

Below, a table lists catalogues with key details, including their name, description, validity period, publication status, and the creator's name and email. Each catalogue row features Edit and Delete buttons for easy management of each catalogue.

Catalogue creation

To create a new catalogue click on the Create new catalogue button. This option enables you to group related courses under one category for easier navigation and assignment. For detailed instructions on Catalogue creation, see Creating a new Catalogue
