In the Private Content section, they can see a list of content items that are created for internal use, with detailed information on each course, such as the content title, author, and publishing status.
For example, the content titled "Amazing Co - Introduction" is shown here, marked as "NEW," indicating it’s a recently added content. The more content you create, the longer this list will be.
To navigate the page, use the search bar or filter content categories.
Additionally, each content item has a Create course button, allowing administrators to begin structuring the content into a formal course for distribution to learners. This internal catalog streamlines the content management process, ensuring that all available learning materials are easily accessible to authorized users within the organization.
