The Workplace Management feature in Smart Arena enables organizations to efficiently define, organize, and assign workplace roles. This functionality helps structure teams, streamline operations, and ensure clarity in role-based responsibilities. With easy-to-use tools like drag-and-drop management, it ensures that organizational roles remain flexible and adaptable to changing needs.
The Workplace management page in Smart Arena allows administrators to manage and structure their organization's workplace roles and assignments effectively. To manage workplaces go to Organization management in the navigation menu and click on the Workplace tab.
Create a new workplace
The Create button allows admins to define and add new workplace roles or positions within the organization. These roles can then be assigned to users.
Workplace list
After creating new workplace roles, they will be displayed in a list. To move them around use the drag and drop option. Each role is listed with options to manage users or delete the role. Here is an example:
User Management for workplaces
The user group icon next to each workplace enables admins to view and assign users to a specific workplace role. The trash can icon allows the deletion of a workplace role if it is no longer needed. See User roles.
