Live course - Course catalogues

Step 8 in Live course creation.

Updated over 5 months ago

Configuring Course Catalogues in a live course is highly useful as it organizes and categorizes courses for better accessibility and management. By assigning a course to a catalogue, learners can easily locate relevant courses within a structured system, improving their user experience.

On this page, you can configure the Course Catalogues settings for a course. You can select a catalogue from a dropdown list in the Select catalogue field.

The Restrictions section allows you to set the Enrollment deadline and Confirmation deadline for users. You can also enable or disable Self-enrollment by toggling the switch.

In the Enrollers and Confirmers section, you can manage users responsible for enrolling and confirming participation (this is how you can enable two levels of enrollment - users are first enrolled and then their participation is confirmed). Click Set Enrollers to assign enrollment managers and Set Confirmers to designate confirmation managers.

Once all configurations are complete, click Save to apply the changes or Cancel to discard them. This is the final step of Live course creation. For other steps see Live course
