The Survey step in e-course creation is useful when gathering valuable feedback and improving course quality. By associating a survey with a course, administrators can collect user opinions on the course content, structure, and overall experience. Features like marking the survey as mandatory ensure that feedback is received from all participants, while the option to display the survey only after completing other obligations ensures accurate post-completion insights.
In the fourth step of an e-course creation, you can manage surveys associated with the course.
Adding a Survey
Select an existing survey to connect to the course. Learn how to create a survey here: Survey creation.
Remove: remove the survey if you chose the wrong survey.
Edit: Modify the selected survey as needed. You can edit the questions and create new ones. Make sure you Save all the changes you make.ย
Mark the survey as mandatory to make it a condition for course completion.
Enable the Survey After Other Obligations option to make the survey accessible only after learners have fulfilled all other course requirements.
Surveys are designed to gather feedback, assess course content, and improve user experience. If marked as mandatory, surveys become an essential part of course completion, and reviews provided by users are made public.
