Why isn’t the video playing in my course?

The issue may occur if the course is being accessed on an older computer running a legacy operating system, such as Windows XP. These systems often lack the necessary codecs (software for decoding MP4 videos) required for video playback.

To resolve this, we recommend installing the Chrome browser, which supports HTML5 video playback, even on Windows XP.
