Profile setup in Coursly AI

Once you've created an account in CourslyAI, it's essential to set up your profile to personalize your experience and configure important settings. You can do so by clicking on your profile icon next to the My Projects tab and selecting Profile

You can manage your account details and preferences through the Profile section, which includes the following key tabs:

Email & Security

Update your registered email and change your password if needed.

Workspace

Configure your workspace settings, including team collaboration preferences and integration options.

At the top of the page, you can see your workspace(s). To create or rename your workspace, fill out their name and add the logo at the bottom of the page. When other users invite you to their workspaces, all will be listed and you can switch between them. 

Workspaces help organize different teams, departments, or projects within CourslyAI, allowing users to manage learning resources in a structured way.

Smart Arena integration

If you are using Smart Arena, you will need to configure its integration by entering your Private Key and Client Secret in the provided fields. These credentials allow secure communication between CourslyAI and Smart Arena, enabling seamless access to learning materials and features. 

To get the private key and client secret please contact our support team.

Once you have entered the correct details, click the Save button to confirm your settings.

Billing & Membership

Manage your subscription, view invoices, and update payment details. Click on Go to billing dashboard to edit your subscription. 

Users 

The Users section in CourslyAI allows you to add coworkers, manage team members, and assign permissions within your workspace. Follow these steps to invite colleagues and configure their access levels:

Adding a New User

  1. Click the "Add user" button to invite a new team member.

  2. A pop-up window will appear where you can enter the employee’s email address.

  3. Select the appropriate permission level from the dropdown menu:

    1. Viewer – Can view content but cannot make changes.

    2. Editor – Can modify content and manage certain settings.

  4. If needed, click "Add team members" to invite multiple users at once.

  5. Once all details are entered, click "Invite now" to send an invitation email to the selected users.

The invited user(s) will receive an email with instructions to join the workspace.

After adding users, they will be listed under "Workspace shared with", where you can manage and update their access as needed. If you encounter any issues, ensure the email address is correct or contact support for further assistance.
