Basic User View and Administrator View
When logging in to your user profile, you can choose between the basic user view and the administrator view.
In the basic user view, you have access to the e-courses in which you are enrolled.
The administrator view provides you with additional permissions, such as access to statistics on the learning activities of your subordinates.
You can easily switch between the two views:
To switch to the administrator view, click your name in the upper-right corner and select “Switch to Administrator” from the drop-down list.
To switch to the basic user view, select “Switch to Basic User.”
Monitoring Learning Activity Statistics (reporting)
The Direct Manager role allows you to monitor the learning activities of users for whom you have been assigned as the Direct manager.
When you switch to the administrator view, the dashboard opens, displaying basic graphical overviews of the learning activity statistics for your subordinates.
For a more detailed insight into the data, you can select different statistical views from the left navigation menu, such as:
