Hide Content: This option collapses or hides the content development tools for a cleaner workspace.
Back to Content Overview: This link returns the user to the main content overview page.
Save: Saves any changes made to the content.
Please be sure you are continuously saving your content to avoid losing your progress.
Undo/Redo: Allows reversing or reapplying recent changes.
Preview: Opens a preview of the content to view it as learners would see it.
By previewing, creators can identify and correct any formatting issues, verify that interactive elements work as intended, and ensure that the flow of information is clear and engaging.
New Segment / New Step (Top Right)
New Segment: Adds a new segment, which could be a major section or chapter in the content.
New Step: This step adds a new step within the segment, guiding the creation of specific parts of the content.
In the Segments/Steps panel, segments and steps are visually differentiated by color and formatting. Segments appear as large blue boxes with edit and delete icons at the bottom. Steps are nested under each segment, identified by numbered circles, and include additional icons for editing, deleting, and viewing a demo.
How to add content to the canvas (Main Workspace)
1. Click Add New Step to create steps.
2. Drag and drop layouts or templates
3. Drag and drop basic, and interactive elements onto the selected layout on the Canvas to create the content structure.
Use the editing options to make the text visually suitable for your needs.
3. Edit content, upload images, videos, or sounds, and click Preview to view the content.

Layouts provide a way to visually organize content, allowing creators to arrange displayed text, images, and multimedia elements in a way that enhances readability and engagement. By using various templates like single or multi-column formats, layouts help break down complex information, ensure consistency, and guide learners' focus to key elements, creating a cohesive and intuitive learning experience.
Layouts can be added or removed during the creation. To add text, images, or interactive elements, you need to drag basic elements into the layout brackets.

PDF/PPT Import: Options to import documents directly into the content.
PDF/PPT Import allows content creators to directly upload PDF and PowerPoint documents into the course content.
