Survey reporting

Survey reporting provides an overview of survey results.

The Survey Reporting module in Smart Arena provides administrators with a clear overview of survey results, enabling them to analyze feedback effectively. This tool allows organizations to view, manage, and assess surveys and their specific questions conducted within a specified date range. Surveys play a crucial role in gathering insights about employee satisfaction, training effectiveness, and overall organizational needs, helping to shape strategies and improve decision-making.

Surveys can not be made anonymous, as the administrator can see each individual's answers in a separate report.

The page shown in the image is part of the Survey Reporting module under the Reporting section in Smart Arena. Survey reporting provides an overview of survey results within a selected date range. It allows us to view and manage surveys conducted within the system.

Located at the top, you can define a date range by entering the start and end date you want to include in the search. The date selector helps to filter survey data within the specified period. The Show button generates the filtered results based on the selected date range and search query.

A search field is available to quickly locate specific surveys by its title.

Survey Table

A table lists details about the surveys conducted. Columns include:

Course Title

Survey course title.

Number of Questions

Total number of questions in the survey.

Number of Answers

Number of users, who have answered the questions.

From

Starting date of survey publication.

To

End date of survey access.

Status

Status of the survey.

By selecting one of the listed surveys, a page with two tabs opens.

Summary Tab

Under the Summary tab, a graphic demonstration of each survey question is listed. You can also save each question graph by clicking on the menu icon on the right side of the question.

Here is an example of a graph:

You can export the results in an Excel file by clicking Export PDF.

Users tab

Under the Users tab, you can see who completed the survey, in the actions column a Survey overview button gives information about how each answer was filled by the selected user.

You can export the survey data by clicking Export CSV.
