Export certificates reports

Updated over 5 months ago

Exporting certificates is a valuable feature as it allows administrators to easily retrieve and document certificate issuance records. This ensures that organizations have a clear overview of which users have completed courses and received certifications within a specified period. It streamlines compliance reporting, performance tracking, and recognition of achievements. Additionally, the ability to download and review these reports enhances accountability and simplifies the management of certification programs.

Certificates can be exported under the Export Certificates tab under Reporting in the navigation menu.

In this section, you can review reports about certificates. By entering a date range, you can select the period for which you want to retrieve data and click Show. The list will display the data for the selected period.

If you need to include archived courses, the option is available under advanced filtering.

Archived courses refer to courses that are no longer actively accessible or visible to users but are retained within the system for record-keeping or future reference. Archiving a course effectively removes it from the active course catalog without permanently deleting it, allowing administrators to preserve enrollment records, course progress, and associated data. This feature is particularly useful for maintaining historical records, revisiting previous training materials, or reactivating the course if needed in the future.

You can export the data by clicking the Download button, the files will be downloaded in a zip file that includes individual PDF files for each user. Once the report is ready, you will also receive a notification in Smart Arena (under the bell icon).

The PDF files will include the same information you can access and download individually in the Courses per users tab under Reporting. See Courses per users.
