Multicourse from a user's perspective

The Multicourse feature allows organizing multiple courses or modules into a single learning path.

How to Organize a Multicourse

  1. Step 3 in Course management: Selecting Courses/Modules

    During the third step of course organization, select multiple courses or modules to include in the Multicourse.

  2. Certificates and testing

    For each course/module, certificates and testing can be enabled or disabled individually.

  3. Unified course display

    All selected courses will appear as a single Multicourse card in the My Courses tab. Statistics for all modules will also be consolidated.

  4. Completion requirements

    To successfully complete the Multicourse, participants must:

    • Complete all selected modules.

    • Pass all required tests.

Multicourse from a user's perspective

  1. Accessing multicourse

    • Participants access the Multicourse through the My courses tab.

    • The Multicourse card displays all modules and their progress.

  2. Module completion

    • Participants can:

      • Complete individual courses or modules.

      • Take required tests.

      • Download certificates for each completed module.

    • After completing one module, participants can proceed to the next.

  3. Final certification

    • Once all modules are completed and the training record is confirmed, participants can click on the Certificate button to download the final certificate for the entire Multicourse.

  4. Statistics

    • Real-time statistics for each module are available to participants throughout the process. They can see the total time spent in the course, number of lectures viewed (all modules combined), and learning intensity, progress and assessment score charts.
