Why didn't the user receive a notification after being removed from and re-enrolled in the course?

When a user was enrolled in a course, gets unenrolled and later re-enrolled, they will not receive another system enrollment notification, as Smart Arena prevents duplicate notifications.

If the user has already received a notification for the course, it will not be sent again. However, administrators can manually inform users about the re-enrollment by sending them a message through the application.ย
